If I'm reading news in Messenger, and hit Ctrl-M in a Navigator window, it will
start composing a new news post, rather than an email.  Unexpected, and I'm
pretty sure it's not what 4.x did.

If you're typing quickly, as I sometimes am, it can get a bit messy.  I very
nearly sent a message to netscape.public.mozilla.jseng that would have caused
more than a little discomfort for myself and the intended recipients.

File new message from browser should open the compose window with from as the
default account and the cursor blinking to enter the recipient.
It should not inherit any account or newgroup selected in mail.
