Details

1. Launch the Video app at an external display connected with HDMI
2. Select and play any video clip
3. Launch another app or disconnect the external display

Observe that the screen of primary device goes black and hang.

* Launching a web page with <video> embed does the same.
* Whether the video is hardware-decoded or software-decoded does the same.
* Whether terminating the app while the video is still playing or is done playing does the same.
