User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Build ID: 20150529004007 Steps to reproduce: Open a page with a <select> whose drop-down extends below the screen - and is therefore displayed over the <select> - and click the <select> to select an <option>. Actual results: An <option> is immediately selected (randomly?). Expected results: The drop-down should open so that I can select an <option>.
