it looks like the host was rebooted because of Bug 1174070 and memtest stopped. i restarted the memtest process.
Redisabled it, renoted it in slavealloc, so maybe it won't get rebooted out from under you again, maybe.

memtest ran over the weekend, 41 passes with 0 errors. running full surface scan on hdd.
host passed disk diags as well; reimaged host. please let me know if issues persist and we can swap out the video card as another test since we don't have video diagnostics.
