If I drag the toolbox down to a minimum size, it should 'snap' to 'minimized'

In bug 867838 we added the ability to minimize the toolbox. As a followup idea, what about ensuring that the toolbox gets minimized when the user drags the toolbox towards the bottom? See attached gif.
One question about this would be: what should the height of the toolbox be if the user hits the button to un-minimize it? I think the correct answer is probably something like, the default size we set when we open the toolbox for the first time with no user pref set.

[suggestion] It would be logical if toolbar restored its height before the drag. So my idea is operations "drag_to_minimum -> unminimize" and "minimize -> unmiminize" should have the same effect.

Heads up: In bug 1450624 I intend to remove the minimize feature.
