Seems a problems with malaysian telecom is going on causing problems to reach mozilla from germany and so making pushes and sheriffing very hard. also this might result in problems with pushing to our repos See http://seclists.org/nanog/2015/Jun/588 all trees closed for now
lowering I get enough page from all other host that are down.

If the problem was related to the Malaysian Telecom fiasco, there is really nothing we can/could do about it. Sorry... the only ones who can/could fix this one was Malaysia Telecom and/or Level3, their provider. If it turns out this is not related to the above mentioned fiasco -- that you are still experiencing problems -- please re-open this bug. Thanks very much -- Dave
