Description:
After selecting the additional options from a downloaded file the user will receive an Error message when attempting to  Open, Share or Set as wallpaper.

Repro Steps:

Prereq: At least one file already downloaded onto device, such as an image from the browser. 

1) Update to B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Select Settings
3) Select Downloads
4) Select a downloaded file.
5) Select either Open, Share or Set as wallpaper.


Actual:
User receives the following message. "File not found. The file wasn't found on the device."

Expected:
It is expected that if the user selects the option to Open, Share and Set as wallpaper.


Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0

Result: From Downloads the user is able to Open, Share and Set an image to Wallpaper.

User will also receive a File Not Found message after downloading an image and clicking the "Download complete" notification.
