117470 - can't delete IE Favorites in bookmark manager

When I installed mozilla recently, I noticed that the bookmark manager showed a
folder called Imported IE Favorites.  I decided that I wanted to import my
Netscape bookmarks instead and then wanted to delete the Imported IE Favorites
folder but the Mozilla bookmark manager doesn't seem to allow this.  

Also, it would be nice if Mozilla remembered my bookmark manager settings in
regards to what columns are displayed.  For example I set the manager to only
display the bookmark name but when I restart Mozilla and bring up the bookmark
manager it is showing the location column as well.
