steps to reproduce:
1. At 320x480, load https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org/category/news
2. Make sure the filter option is set to show only websites.
3. Click on the "List view". 
4. Click on the "Expanded view"

observed behavior:
There is no difference between the two views expect for the padding involved.

The view options which are useful for apps are not very useful for websites since there are no screenshots to show.

This is by design.
We should remove the extra padding on the expanded view, then we can hide the button if the content filter is set to websites if we want.

Talked to pwalm, and we're ok with this since it is only fugly on tablet.
