Steps to reproduce:

Upload my unlisted plugin


Actual results:

The throbber went to 100% and stays there. No validation report is produced. I have refreshed the page and retried, with Firefox, Safari & Chrome.


Expected results:

I should have seen a validation report a few seconds after upload finished.
I've just let is sit there, and it finally comes back with "Your add-on failed validation with 1 error.
There was a problem contacting the server."

I'm experiencing the same problem when trying to "add a new version" to an already uploaded (unlisted) extension. The extension is awaiting manual review.
