I can't upload a new add-on to AMO. Nothing happens after completion of the validation, no error message is shown and the button to go to the next step is not clickable. I tried to upload my add-on with Firefox Nightly, Firefox Stable and Chrome.

I have seen this happening over the past week. I now need to force-refresh the page multiple times before the actual validation process will start after upload completes.
