Steps to reproduce:

Send an email through an outgoing mail server which rejects it as user not authorised. I was away, reset my outgoing mail server to one for my new location, returned home and didn't reset to my own outgoing.


Actual results:

Message box:
Alert an error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <recipient@example.com> recipient rejected - relay denied.
Please check the message recipient <recipient@example.com> and try again.

After clicking OK the email appears in my Sent folder and recipient doesn't receive it.


Expected results:

The email should have been put somewhere like Drafts or Unsent.
