Description:
When the passcode lock is set and the user attempts to unlock the phone they can see a copy of the status bar appear on the screen and scroll up and down.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150629010206
2) Set a passcode lock
3) Lock the phone
4) Press the lock button to turn the screen on
5) Swipe to the right to unlock the phone
6) Observe screen when keyboard appears
7) Press cancel to dismiss the keyboard
8) Observe screen when keyboard appears

Actual:
Players can see a bar appear and move across the screen

Expected:
It is expected that there is no bar that moves across the screen
