There is a strange statusbar "shadow" during the input window rising up.
I'm sure it's happened after a while after the new bootstrapping got landed, since at that time the bug didn't show up from my recent bisecting.

So I would start to bisect it from the Bug 1094759, namely the commit:

c1ef854924f18357832ddcf98dc6c42391d5599e

Since from v2.2 the range is too wide.
