Forwarding a newsgroup article:
- includes only a small blob of text in the attachment
- doesn't include a file type on the attachment so mail clients don't know what
to do with the attachment

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click a newsgroup article, choose forward
2. give mail compose a recipient address
3. send
4. open the received mail, open the attachment
5 [details]. if you have my result, you'll see only "</body></html>"

Expected Results:  All the text of an article should be included.  And I'm not
sure about this, but I would think some file extension should be included so
that windows email clients know what to do with the attachment.

My profile is set to attach forwards to the email.

I'm not sure of the correct mail/news component.

enlightenment?  it only has a 'begin 666' then the data, and then 'end'

news.microsoft.com.  i can attach the link tomorrow if needed.
