Not sure if this is a Firefox bug, or a bugzilla both, or it's just complicated :)

STR:
* Start adding an attachment, fill out all text fields and flag someone for review.
* Accidentally hit "back", then hit "forward"

Expected:
* The form state is exactly the same as before you hit back.

Actual:
* All fields are restored correctly *except* the reviewer/feedback/etc names - the flag is correct, but the user name is not.
i've sunk a fair amount of time into trying to figure this out.  it's weird (and evidently good at exposing firefox debugging issues :| )
