** Observed with 2001-12-27 Win32 trunk build ** This may be a duplicate -- hopefully -- but I could not find a prior bug so far. In the Mail window, you can set a folder encoding by Edit | Porperties menu. However, the Character Coding selection does not scroll and users have diffiulty setting the encoding like Western (ISO-8859-1). As a workaround, you can use up and down arrow keys. But this menu should scroll as in other Character Coding dialog selections.
