Following the "hideincolumpicker"-attribute tradition, how about an 
attribute "hidecolumnpicker"?  If set to true, we'll hide it. Default is false.

columnpicker="false"
hidecolumnpicker="true"
nocolumnpicker="true"

hidecolumnpicker="true" because most people will not define this attribute (and
