1181670 - [Fennec] String for "Open links in Private browsing" in French is too long

In French, this string is truncated to "Ouvrir les liens en navigation..." which translates to "Open links in navigation..." - the important information, about these links being opened in Private Browsing, is lost.

- The subtext could be more descriptive
- We could consider wrapping the preference title

No idea what's going on with my screenshots. New one is corrupt too, but at least viewable.

For truncated text, perhaps...  «Liens Externes Privée»
With the detailed text being something like «Ouvrir les liens externes en navigation privée»

That is, make the current text the detail text.
At present the detail text isn't really that useful.

Flod, the String for the French locale appears to be too long - how can we try to fix this?

While this issue was filed for French, it's worth noting that perhaps we should also shorten the english to shorten it in other locales.

First step is to move it to the localization component. Théo is in charge of the French localization.

«Liens Externes Privée» is excluded, and can't think about anything shorter that's correct in French. 

However, I can use "Ouvrir les liens en nav. privée", we already have this in main menu: https://transvision.mozfr.org/?recherche=mobile%2Fandroid%2Fbase%2Fandroid_strings.dtd%3Anew_private_tab&repo=aurora&sourcelocale=en-US&locale=fr&search_type=entities&perfect_match=perfect_match

It's kind of ugly, but it might fit.
Also, rephrasing the description could help, I'll give it a try.

I might be wrong, but I think we intend to drop this feature and use a new approach building on Tab Queues.
