We've written a couple of drafts for TP and PB on Firefox for Android (to be updated as we get closer to release). We'll need to finalize any changes up to 3 weeks before a release to give our L10N community time to localize.

Messaging / naming for TP isn't confirmed until Sept 11 and you'll need that. Winston can provide update then - NeedInfoing him
