Details
We're enabling Tracking Protection by default in Private Browsing in 42. In bug 1175970, we've added a new notification, and the meta bug 1175967 is tracking that work (plus mixed content). Most importantly, we've added a Setting to enable Tracking Protection *in Private Browsing* and this is enabled by default (although you need to go into about:config to flip a pref to enable it everywhere). The icons and screenshots could probably use a refresh as well, since we've changed them significantly by now. The tracking protection work has landed, so

Joni, I'm need-info-ing you on this bug, because it's similar to the Mixed Content request, but the changes for this are all landed.

We've written the draft on Google Drive now. We're just waiting for the official name before we publish the article to SUMO (see bug 1181780).
