Details
NSS doesn't support ciphersuites which use DSS authentication (certificates) with SHA256 HMAC. The work has been done by Red Hat and patches, adapted for current sources, will be coming soon.

From list on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1221946#c0 only TLS_DHE_DSS_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 seems to be missing.

This one overlaps with what's requested in Bug 1181820, I'm losing this bug as a duplicate of that one.
