[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
STR:
1.) Open Dialer, press home button
2.) Open Messages, press home button
3.) Open Settings, press home button
4.) From homscreen, long press home button
Expected Result:
Task manager opens with the last visited app (Settings) centered in the display port.
Actual Restul:
Dialer app is centered in Task Manager.

Yeah it should be scrolling over to the last/most-recent app when the task manager opens. I had this working while I was working on bug 1161229, so I'm not sure it it was broken by that landing or since then.

I think the patch in bug 1176895 should fix this.
