Description:
If the user attempts to call a contact while airplane mode is on, or when they have no network connection they will receive an error message with debug text. The error will say "Confirmation title" and the button says "Action 1". on previous branches users receive seperate error messages for airplane mode and not having a network connection.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150709163506
2) Create a contact with a phone number
3) Turn on airplane mode
4) Enter contact made in step 1 and attempt to call them
5) Observe error message that appears.

Actual:
User receives an error message with debug text

Expected:
It is expected that an error message informs the user what the error is

This appears to be the same bug as bug 1163732. STRs are basically the same and outcomes the same.
