Folder titled "IE Favorites" (imported) could not be deleted. (Delete button
grayed out). Can be deleted if selected along with other items.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Happened on first load. May have used same bookmark file as previous
installation of Netscape 6.2
