[1.Description]:
[Flame2.2&master][Nexus2.2&master][contacts]Open the deleting contacts page in contact tab, and then open contact details view from call imformation, the header and "Deselect all&Select all" buttons will be displayed in contact details view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Some contacts saved, and some call log of one contact.
1.Launch Phone.
2.Switch to contact tab.
3.Tap settings icon and select delete contact.
5.Tap call log tab on the bottom.
6.Long tap one call log of the contact and select call imformation.
7.Tap contact details.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7.The header and select button of deleting contact page should not display in contact details view. The operation on call imformation should not impact the page we had opened in contacts tab.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7.You can see the header and "Deselect all&Select all" buttons of delete contacts view are displayed, if we tap x button at  top left corner, the contact details header will be displayed. Tap back button, it will back to call imformation view. If we switch to contact tab view now, contact details view is displayed. Then tap back button, contact list view is displayed.

Comms triage: Francisco to find the bug that will remove the tabs on dialer.

Once we remove contacts as a tab inside dialer we won't have this problem.
