Steps to reproduce:

On writing a new email when you select the "To:" field and start typing part of the name a drop down list appears .. if you have selected the top item in the list box .. dragging the cursor down to enter the subject means that the drop down list selects the last item in the drop down list (mostly without the user realising)... 


Actual results:

This means that the user can accidentally send the email to the wrong email [if its not checked]


Expected results:

The drop down list should not select an item by simply moving the mouse .. you should have to click on the item in the list box to select it
