1184835 - [Settings][Date & Time] Replace city "Kiev" with "Kyiv"

Name "Kiev" in the list of cities sounds like transliteration from Russian.
 
Preferred name in English is “Kyiv”. This is exactly how it sounds in Ukrainian.

Please, correct it!

This bug has been verified as "pass" on the latest build of Flame KK 2.5 and Aires KK 2.5.

STR:
1.Go to Settings->Date&Time.
2.Select the 'TimeZone' as 'Europe', and check the 'City'.

Actual results: In the list of 'City', it shows as 'Kyiv'.
