Perfherder isn't discoverable enough right now. It's a small thing, but I'd like to have a top-level domain for it (http://perfherder.mozilla.org and http://perfherder.allizom.org) instead of it being squirreled away in http://treeherder.mozilla.org/perf.html. I believe this should mostly just be a change in our apache config once we have a DNS entry set up to point to the treeherder server. For DNS, we would want: perfherder.mozilla.org -> 63.245.215.108 perfherder.allizom.org -> 63.245.215.125

since the zlb VIP for treeherder redirects http->https, we'll also need to update the treeherder certificate with a SAN entry for perfherder.m.o.

Sorry for the delay on this. Just been finding some time to figure out the best solution. I've applied the cert to perfherder.m.o and we should be good!
