Blink has a set of fetch API tests: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch#chromium/src/third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/http/tests/fetch/&q=tests/fetch&sq=package:chromium We should consider importing these and helping google to upstream them. Fetch is a notable hole in wpt coverage at the moment.
Let's make sure we do this post-SWv1.

I don't think we need to do this any more. The webkit folks wrote an extensive wpt test suite.
