[Scenario for testing]
- configure WA client
- kill WA app ( go to task manager by long pressing home button)
- Send a WA-text message to the killed app.

[Bad result]
- Notifications of incoming mesages are not received untill user launches WA app.

[Expected result]
- Notifications should be received.

[Additional info]
I have been able to reproduce bug 1185911 as well, but the main difference is that in this case, the notification of incoming message is not received. I do not consider this bug a dup.

I can reproduce this issue with latest device release and beta WA.

verify with ACL 0.1.19 and Whatsapp 2.12.157-omrel1.0.10, still has this problem
