It is failing jobs due to what seems like disk issues.
running memtest first.

memtest ran 39 passes over the weekend, 0 errors. running extended disk diags.

there were some bad sectors but disk utilities fixed it. i reimaged the host. please let me know if you're still seeing disk issues and we can file an RMA.
