1. Move mouse over searchbar
2. Press Ctrl+MouseWheel[Up/Down]

RESULT: the autocomplete popup filckers

EXPECTATION: it should be the same as Ctrl+Up/Down , which is working OK.

Ctrl+MouseWheel [Up/Down]  should be as same as Ctrl+Up/Down
