User Story

Summary:
* As a user, I expect Firefox to warn me when an insecure part of a site could cause me to reveal sensitive information.

Acceptance Criteria: 
* URL Block shows updated iconography (currently crossed-out lock) to suggest that this site is not fully secure and cannot be trusted.
