Description:
At some times the time on the lockscreen will be too large and the AM/PM portion will be moved to the next line. If the user has notifications this will cause text to overlap with the notifications, and when a lock code is set it will almost always cause the time to be moved to the next line when unlocking the phone.

Prerequisite:
AM/PM is appearing, a lock screen code is set.
AM/PM does not appear consistently and I have bugged this seperately in bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1188615

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150728030208
2) Lock the phone
3) Unlock the phone and slide to unlock
4) Observe lockscreen

Actual:
The AM/PM text moves to the next line

Expected:
It is expected that AM/PM stay on the same line

This issue DOES occur on Aries 2.5.

Since you NI me at Bug 1188615 and as I said I only have one suspect, cancel the NI here.

This is also a regression that is going to be fixed by bug 1172609. We are not going to show am/pm at all.

The current workaround is to reboot the phone after changing timezone.
