Steps to reproduce:

some emails when thunderbird want to forward get wrong character codeing and become unreadable.


Actual results:

without a reason thunderbird switch to Western codeing in emails when I want to forward and the result is unreadable email. It is working fine if I click the reply button, but for some reason the Forward messes up.
I provide an example in attached email, it is good when you open it up but when you want to forward it it does not work.


Expected results:

Tunderbird should keep the original encodeing when Forwarding email.

Maybe a DUPE but, certainly, not a Preferences bug.

Well formed mail
   multipart/mixed
      multipart/alternative
          text/plain charset=utf-8
          multipart/related
             text/html charset=utf-8

While bug 715823 was being processed, only "garbled display in Forward Inline case" was resolved by unknown patch of unknown bug.
However, essential issue of "charset is picked up from last attachment" in Thunderbird was not resolved by any one.
So "wrong charset from last attachment" remained in "Forward As Attachment" case.
Although problem was reported for phenomenon observed when "Forward Inline" was used by bug opener, all problems in "Forward" was not resolved yet.
It has been resolved by bug 1026989 recently.
