Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a large number of tabs so that the List All Tabs menu can be scrolled.
2. Open the menu and scroll it down using the mousewheel.
3. Open and close it repeatedly until it resets to the top.

Expected results:

The list should always retain the last scroll position.

Actual results:

The list often resets to the top. There is no connection with which tab is selected or which tabs are visible. It doesn't make any difference how quickly the button is pressed or how long it is held for.
