Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO-stage Editor Tools page https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/ 
2. Go to Performance-> Announcement
3. Write a long Announcement (i.e. +2 rows)
4. Go to Themes-Queues-Updates and click on any listed theme (https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/themes/queue/single/xwhtdth)
5. Click “Pending” from the right side of the Review Theme page

Expected results:
There are no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
The Queues options box has display issues.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF39(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on AMO-stage.
