1189264 - Block addon trackerbird 1.2.6 for Thunderbird 38a2 and greater to stop suse topcrash

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1183890 +++

trackerbird causes immediate crash in libsqlite3 for opensuse when loaded in Thunderbird 38 versions. This is a topcrash, ranked #8, #10, #23, etc in https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/products/Thunderbird/versions/38.1.0. No feedback yet from maintainers of the addon, so addon probably needs to be blocked. 

For same reasons as bug 1183890, we might as well skip the compatibility override approach. Unless someone suggests otherwise.

I or someone else will post suggested XML file additions that are desired when we're ready.

According to bug 1189244 comment 3, the distro lead for Thunderbird feels the most straightforward way to stop this crash is to block the addon.  There has also been direct contact with the author - a newer version of addon is available.
