Description:
On the Cellular Data page of the FTU, there is a thick black bar on the bottom of the screen which covers the Next and Back buttons. Also the top of the screen where the Enable Data switch is appears cut off. Occasionally other issues occur when toggling the data switch, such as a thinner black bar being added to bottom of the paragraph, or the "potentially hefty charges" line being repeated. 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150730030209
2) Progress to the second page of the FTU.
3) Observe Cellular Data page.
4) Toggle data switch.


Actual:
Black bar appears on bottom of page, and top of page is cut off. Toggling switch causes additional issues, although with lower repro.


Expected:
Cellular Data page has appropriate appearance.

We should verify the patch in bug 1189399 fixed this as well

After bug 1189399 fixed, the current bug can't be repro anymore on latest Flame v2.5 by the STR in comment 0. So close this bug.

Actual results: No black bar on the bottom in FTU.
