Details
I've tried adding a contact manually by adding an email address. Then, I have tried to establish a conversation by clicking on video button. The contact I have added does not have a Firefox Account. Nevertheless, Hello started making attempts to connect and making a beeping sound. What is strange is that the "cancel" button was inactive, so I could not cancel this attempt. The only thing to close the window was to click on "close" icon. And what's even stranger is that when I closed the window, Firefox kept trying to connect still making a beeping sound. But there was no way for me to interact with it as the windows was already closed. Eventually my Mac just froze (could have been a coincidence though). Not sure if we should report things like that to product teams. LMK what you think. OS: Yosemite 10.10.4 Firefox 3.9

This has been fixed in FF 41 by bug 1193764. I tried it locally and couldn't reproduced the continuous beeping sound - it stopped straight away.
