"As an account manager, I can create a new campaign within an account
that gets assigned an unique automatic ID, used for future identification"
* new campaign has the following attributes: name, type (Sponsored/Unsponsored), start/end date, a budget& a bid strategy
* targeting options: country, state, DMA, postal codes and locales * channels: Desktop, Fennec, pre-release (Nightly/Aurora/Beta), Hello, iOS * frequency capping
