[1.Description]:
[Flame kk v2.5][Video]Playing a video and tapping the screen, sometimes only the progress slider is displayed and moving, but progress bar and play control buttons are not shown, and the play control buttons only flash for 0.5 second, then the progress bar and control buttons disappear.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Video app.
2. Play any video.
3. Tap the screen to show the progress bar and play control buttons. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. It should show the progress bar and play control buttons normally, and user can tap the pause/forward/rewind button. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. Sometimes only the progress slider is displayed and moving but progress bar and play control buttons are not shown, and the play control buttons only flash for 0.5 second, then disappear.
