STR
1. Download Wallpaper HD from marketplace
2. Select a photo and set as wallpaper
3. Select wallpaper app to handle it
4. The preview size is too small

BTW, I cannot reproduce this issue all the time. I don't have a STR to have 100% reproduce.

This is a dupe of bug 1188172 and this has recently been fixed.
