The form went live last night and is available at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.intern
Just sent this link out and I am hearing that when you hit submit it doesn't work and says there is no intern in the recruiting product: hit return and try again also the returning intern name field should not be mandatory. Is there a quick way to fix this?
We are addressing this in bug 1193878.
