Details

Filter controls are going to take up too much real estate when localized. For this reason, we should put the controls in a modal that is launched from the page.

This should be similar to page 18 of https://www.dropbox.com/s/s26ofm7z38ah8sj/MOW_P1_UX.pdf?dl=0, but the modal need not have the region information OR the realtime count of matching results.

We should state how many results match on the parent page.
