"Warn me when closing multiple tabs" option does not work.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to tools -> Options and uncheck the option "Warn me when closing multiple tabs"
2) Open multiple tabs.
3) Right-click one tab and select "close other tabs".
Actual results:
A warning is produced prompting the user to confirm the "close other tabs" action
Expected results:
No warning should have been displayed
Could you test:
1) in safe mode:

2) with a fresh profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

No. I reinstalled my entire OS and just tested again.
Current setup is:
Windows 10 x64
Firefox 41.0.2
Flags: needinfo?(tiago.matias)
This issue still exists on the latest version (43.0.1). Why is it unconfirmed ?
