I've enabled svn. I don't see any ssh key nor levels is :groovers vouch enough for her to get level3 ?
Stephanie can I get a ssh key ?

My understanding was that for SVN that we don't necessarily need a key - if that is not the case then I guess she will have to attach one.

:groovers vouch is good enough for me.

Most people use SVN over ssh, which requires a key. It can be used over https, which does not.
Account can be created without and if the user needs one later they can add it themselves via https://login.mozilla.com/
