1196630 - [Emulator-x86-kk] set mozSettings value "screen.timeout" of the profile-to-test to 0 so the screen never sleeps

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1124567 +++

emulator-x86-kk didn't have same problem as in bug #1108271, it can be launched and run tests on treeherder normally [1]. However, when screen off, modem stops reporting LAC, CID, radio tech ... etc [2]. which breaks some tests [1] (test expect receiving lac/cid updating, but didn't). So I think we still need to set screen.timeout to 0 to prevent screen being turned off during test.
