+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1196262 +++ Youtube video starts automatically without triggering. STR [1] Start youtube app [2] choose video Expected Youtube video should display the play button and wait for user to trigger Actual Result video started automatically.

My guess is that is it a UX choice by YouTube. I'm guessing disabling MSE would revert the behaviour.

There was a bug where it was not starting automatically which has been fixed.
